Magnuson began their career in the games industry as an assistant at Green Hat People, where they worked for 6 months. Victor then joined Fatshark AB, where they have spent the majority of their career. Victor has been instrumental in the design of many of Fatshark's most popular games, and has been a driving force behind the company's success.

Magnuson is a highly respected figure in the games industry, and is known for their passion for game design and their dedication to their work. Victor Magnuson has a Bachelor in Fine Arts from Högskolan på Gotland and a degree in finance from Lund University.
