Laura Boodram has over 18 years of professional experience in various industries. Laura began their career in 2002 at Royal Bank of Scotland as an Internal Communications Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager. In 2005, they joined the New York Times Regional Media Group as a Director of Digital Media Services and Online Operations, Production and Support Manager. In 2011, they moved to Triad Retail Media as a Senior Director of Business Process Excellence and Operations. In 2015, they joined The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation as a Business Transformation Manager. In 2016, they joined FatTail, Inc. as a SVP of Partner Success and VP of Client Engagement. In 2022, they joined RevGenius as a Member and Chief as a Member.

Laura Boodram obtained a Master Certificate in Six Sigma Lean Black Belt from Villanova University in 2011. Laura also earned a BSc in Environmental Economics and Environmental Management from the University of York between 1996 and 1999. In 2021, Boodram obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Additionally, they earned an ADKAR Change Management Certificate from Prosci in 2015.
