Alexandra Zhuravlova is a seasoned sales operations professional with extensive experience in sales management and operations. Currently serving as Sales Operations Manager at Crystal since September 2023, Alexandra assists the CEO in enhancing the sales process and managing data. Prior roles include Sales Team Lead and Sales Operations at Allset, where Alexandra designed business plans, managed team OKRs, and created comprehensive sales resources. Alexandra has also held various leadership positions in lead generation and partnerships across multiple companies, fostering process improvements and enhancing sales strategies. Alexandra holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Litigation and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
