Kevin Sale

Kevin Sale has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Kevin started their career at SourceOne Healthcare Technologies as a Sales Executive from July 2001 to April 2002. Kevin then joined Bon Secours Richmond Health System as Chief Technologist from April 2002 to March 2005, where they provided leadership and managed a staff of 30 FTEs. After that, they worked at Community Health Systems as Director of Radiology from October 2005 to November 2008. In this role, they collaborated with the administrative team to promote and market radiology services while ensuring compliance with safety and quality control standards. Kevin then joined HCA as Associate Vice President Operations from November 2008 to November 2015, where they directed the operations of assigned departments and coordinated staffing levels and performance improvement efforts. After HCA, they worked at Southern Tennessee Medical Center as Sr Director of Operations from May 2016 to July 2018. Following that, they joined Valley Health as Corporate Director, Medical Imaging from July 2018 to September 2020. Currently, Kevin holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Fauquier Health, starting from September 2020.

Kevin Sale obtained a Certificate of Graduation in Radiologic Technology from Bon Secours St Mary's Hospital School of Medical Imaging in 1994. Kevin then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from Charter Oak State College from 1999 to 2001. In 2010, Kevin enrolled in Western Governors University and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management in 2013. Additionally, in October 1994, they obtained the ARRT certification from THE AMERICAN REGISTRY OF RADIOLOGIC.
