Adilah Adriana Zainuddin

Adilah Adriana Zainuddin has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Adilah Adriana is currently working as an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer at Fave, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Setel as a Junior System Analyst from July 2021 to November 2021. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining tickets in JIRA Board, troubleshooting and proposing solutions for problems escalated from the Customer Operation Department.

Before that, Adilah worked at IBS as a Junior System Developer from October 2017 to January 2018. During their time there, they identified issues, analyzed information, and provided solutions to problems. Adilah Adriana was also responsible for improving the system interface for the Real-time Management System.

Adilah gained customer service experience when they worked as a Boost Juice Team Member at Boost Juice Bars Malaysia in May 2016 to July 2016. In this role, they maintained energy and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment, ensured stocks of ingredients were organized and prepared, and emphasized punctuality and outstanding attendance.

Adilah began their career as a Data Entry Clerk at Acorn Marketing & Research Consultants from November 2014 to March 2015. Their responsibilities included recording and extracting data from questionnaires, organizing targeted questionnaires, filtering duplicate or non-relevant data, and following data entry processes.

Adilah Adriana Zainuddin began their education in 2010 at Senior Methodist Girls' School Kuala Lumpur, where they obtained their Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) in Science Social - Arts in 2014. Adilah Adriana then pursued a Diploma in Computer Science at Kolej Universiti Poly-Tech MARA from 2015 to 2018. Adilah furthered their education by enrolling at Universiti Kuala Lumpur from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Information Technology in Software Engineering. Their field of study throughout their academic journey has focused on computer science and software engineering.
