Harish Kumar Prabhakaradas has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Earlier in their career, Harish worked at Azendian Solutions and BT, where they held roles such as Software Development Manager and Specialist Software Engineer/Architect. Harish Kumar was responsible for leading development teams, implementing Agile and DevOps methodologies, and ensuring high-quality software solutions.

Harish also has prior experience at Persistent Systems Limited, Motorola Solutions, EON Bank Berhad, and First Mobile Group Sdn. Bhd., where they held roles in technical leadership, software development, and system support.

Harish Kumar Prabhakaradas began their education in 1997 at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Cochrane, where they obtained a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) degree in 2001. Harish Kumar then pursued a Diploma in Information Technology and Computing at the Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU / APIIT) from 2002 to 2004. Following that, they attended Staffordshire University from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a Bsc. Hons in Computing degree with a field of study in Computer Science.
