Shannen Chin

Shannen Chin has work experience in both Fave and Nestlé. At Fave, they started in October 2017 and held the role of Business Development Manager. In this position, they reported to the Head of Sales in Malaysia and was responsible for growing Favepay in Sabah, assisting merchants from various categories, and acquiring and retaining merchants. Shannen also launched FavePay in multiple cities across Sabah and Labuan.

Prior to Fave, Shannen worked at Nestlé starting in June 2016 as a Business Development Executive. Shannen reported to the National Sales Manager and was responsible for understanding customer needs, promoting Nestlé products, and developing and leading marketing strategies for the food category. Shannen also had responsibilities in building professional relationships with key merchants and accounts, maximizing revenue from existing accounts, and managing route planning and travel schedules. This role at Nestlé lasted until September 2017.

Shannen Chin attended ATI College from 2012 to 2014, where they pursued a Diploma of Education in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
