Kimberly Klask has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and quality assurance. Kimberly is currently the Director of Engineering at Favor Delivery, where they oversee the QA strategy for the entire company and manages a team of manual and automation testers. Prior to that, they worked at Applause as the Senior Manager of Automation Practice, providing technical guidance and support for test automation projects. Kimberly also worked at Amazon as a Software Development Manager and Software Development Engineer in Test, where they managed automation engineers and developed automation frameworks for testing various projects. Additionally, they have experience as a Software Engineer at BAE Systems and as a Teaching Assistant at the College of William and Mary Department of Mathematics. Kimberly also held a NASA internship at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, where they optimized image selection algorithms for the MESSENGER mission.
Kimberly Klask obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Hope College in 2010. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Operations Research at William & Mary.
