Rachael McLoughlin

Rachael McLoughlin is a seasoned product researcher with extensive experience in user-centered design and mixed methodologies. Currently serving as a Staff Product Researcher at Favor Delivery since June 2022, Rachael defines and leads research objectives in the Pre-Purchase domain while advocating for user needs organization-wide. Previously, as a Senior Product UX Researcher at Apple and a UX Researcher at WellSky, Rachael led research initiatives and drove innovation for high-impact products. Early career roles included UX Researcher Intern at Dental Admin Services of Texas and Office Manager at Texas Mobile Dentists, where Rachael improved operational efficiencies. Rachael holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Southwestern University.
