Willa Snyder

Willa Snyder has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple roles and industries. Willa is currently the Director of Operations, Continuous Improvement at Favor Delivery since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Everly Health where they held various positions including Vice President of Client Operations and Services, Director of Partner Solutions, Director of Implementation, Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Program Manager, and Project Manager. Before joining Everly Health, Willa worked at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) as a Recruiting Coach and Research Manager in the healthcare sector. Willa also has experience as a Senior Research Associate and Junior Research Associate at GLG. Willa started their career as an Intern at Workers Defense Project, where they focused on grant writing and fundraising efforts.

Willa Snyder holds a Graduate Certificate in Public Health from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston). Willa also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Plan II Honors and Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin.
