Randy Sparks

Randy Sparks has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the healthcare industry. Randy is currently the Chief Sales Officer at Favorite Healthcare Staffing, where they lead sales and development of client partnerships. Prior to joining Favorite Healthcare Staffing, Randy served as Vice President of Business Development at AMN Healthcare from January 2012 to September 2020. In this role, they focused on developing customized client solutions, including managed service programs, locums revenue cycle management, contingent labor analysis, and consulting.

Before their time at AMN Healthcare, Randy was the Regional Vice President at Staff Care from November 2001 to January 2012. In this role, they managed a team of 15 producers focused on developing relationships and providing consultative support to hospitals and clinics regarding their temporary physician staffing needs.

Randy began their career in sales and marketing as a Strategic Accounts Manager at Peripheral Enhancements Corporation from January 1999 to December 2001. Randy then transitioned to the tech industry, working as a Business Marketing Coordinator at broadcast.com from January 1998 to December 1999. Randy began their professional career as a Senior Reporter at KAIT-TV from January 1997 to December 1998.

Randy Sparks received a BA in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science from Oklahoma State University.
