Dovidas Baranauskas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dovidas started their career as a Marketing Trainee at Tiketa in 2013, where they gained experience in advertising and website editing. Dovidas then moved on to UAB MobilBaltija, where they worked as a Salesman-Consultant, responsible for sales and consulting, as well as report-making. In 2016, Dovidas joined Samsung Electronics as an IM Merchandiser, focusing on building partner relationships, analyzing market competitors, and integrating brand material. Dovidas later joined SEB Global Services in 2019, initially working as an IT Customer Support, providing IT assistance and incident coordination. Dovidas then transitioned to the role of Training & Quality Specialist, delivering training and evaluating team performance. Currently, Dovidas holds multiple roles at Favro, including Product Expert and Senior Agile and Product Expert. In these positions, they develop and maintains customer relations worldwide, onboard and support customers in using the Favro platform, and helps organizations transform into Agile businesses.

From 2012 to 2015, they attended Vilniaus Kolegija/University of Applied Sciences, where they earned a Professional Bachelor's degree in Culture Management and Management of Musical Activities. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, they attended Naujosios Akmenės Ramučių Gimnazija, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.

In addition to their formal education, Dovidas Baranauskas has obtained several certifications.
