Jon Leslie

Jon Leslie has extensive work experience in the technology and gaming industry. Jon is currently serving as the SVP of Product & Agile Advisory at Favro since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jon held the position of VP of Product & Agile Advisory at Favro from February 2022 to May 2023.

Before joining Favro, Jon founded Broad Cove Insights in September 2018, where they operated as the founder.

Between July 2013 and September 2018, Jon worked at Hansoft as the Principal Agile Coach.

Jon also has experience at Electronic Arts (EA), where they served as the Lead Producer from June 2011 to May 2013 and as a Producer/Designer from August 2005 to June 2008.

Jon worked at Harmonix Music Systems as a Senior Producer from August 2008 to July 2009.

Prior to these roles, Jon gained experience at Microsoft as a Producer in the Xbox division from 2003 to 2005, at Tibersoft as a Senior Implementation Manager from 1998 to 2003, and at Epicor Software as a Product Manager from 1991 to 1998.

Jon Leslie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: Certified Favro Platform Master from Broad Cove Insights in August 2020, Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2015, and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in May 2015. Jon also has certifications in Certified Favro Agile Advanced and Certified Favro Agile Fundamentals from Broad Cove Insights, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
