David Eldridge (MBA) has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership and management roles. David is currently working as the General Manager at Faxon Machining, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at Faxon Machining from October 2022 to June 2023.

From 2014 to 2022, David worked at Ferco Aerospace Group. David started as the Director of Engineering and was responsible for manufacturing and product engineering across all three facilities. David then became the Vice President of Quality & Engineering, overseeing both quality and engineering functions. David led the Lean conversion of 98% of operational demand in less than 18 months and played a key role in maintaining certifications for AS9100, Nadcap, and multiple customer granted certifications.

Before joining Ferco Aerospace Group, David worked at Gem City Metal Technologies as the General Manager for seven years, from 2007 to 2014.

David also has significant experience at Lear Corporation, where they held multiple roles. David was the Director of Six Sigma North American JV's, leading the launch and implementation of the Six Sigma program across six plants. David developed and instructed the Green Belt program and executed projects for over 50 Black Belts. Additionally, they served as the Engineering Manager for Polyurethane Operations from 1996 to 1999.

At the beginning of their career, David worked as a Test Engineer at Allied Signal and Allied Signal Safety Retraints.

David Eldridge received their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Michigan Technological University between 1987 and 1992. David then pursued an MBA, first at the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 2005 to 2007, and later at the University of Dayton from 2007 to 2008, specializing in Finance and Marketing.
