Renee Baker

Farm & Ranch Sales at Fay Ranches

Reneé Baker was born and raised in rural Eastern Oregon, where timber and cattle sustained the small communities. She worked at a young age and developed a strong work ethic. In 1982 she moved to Idaho and became the youngest licensed real estate agent in the state; at that time, she was 19. Reneé has an affection for pairing sellers and buyers for the best property ownership outcome. She aims to assist buyers and sellers in navigating with ease throughout the transactions, where sometimes there are challenges. Using background and experience, organizational skills, and efficient processes are like a solid vessel helping clients avoid rough waters.

Reneé currently lives on a ranch in Washington County, Idaho, in the North Crane Creek area with her husband, raising cattle, hay, and horses. They have more than 40 years of experience in the beef cattle and commercial hay business between the two of them. She has been very involved with the U.S. Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, and State agencies on grazing allotments. Working with these agencies and other ag-related organizations is a primary asset to clients, helping to traverse through each entity’s process.
