John Marafino

John Marafino has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. John started their career in the US Army, serving as a Captain (P) from 1985 to 1996. Following their military service, they worked as a Plant Manager at Shaped Wire, Inc. from 1996 to 1998. John then joined Cap Gemini Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant from 1998 to 2000. After that, they worked at Severn Trent Services as the VP of Operations & General Manager from 2000 to 2003. John then moved to Countrywide Home Loans, where they served as the General Manager with P&L responsibility from 2004 to 2007. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at NAVTEQ as the Director of Business Planning & Strategy, Global Metrics & Systems. Most recently, they have been the EVP of Operations at Fay Servicing since 2012.

John Marafino attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management. The duration of their studies at this institution remains undisclosed.

Following their time at West Point, John Marafino enrolled at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 1996 until 1998. During this period, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Finance, Accounting, and Strategy.
