Customer Service Representative at Fay Servicing

Leah Phiri began their work experience in 2016 as an Assistant Program Officer/Communications Officer at Consumer Unity & Trust Society (CUTS) International. Leah worked in that role until 2017. In 2017, they joined MultiChoice Zambia as a Customer Value Management Agent and remained there until 2022. During 2022, Leah was an Enrolment Advisor at Texila American University - Zambia for a short period of time. Currently, they work as a Customer Service Representative at Fay Servicing, LLC starting in 2023.

Leah Phiri has a diverse education history. In 2021, they attended the Zambia Institute of Diplomacy and International Studies, where they pursued a Certificate in Diplomatic Practice, Protocol, and Public Relations. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2015, they studied at the Saint Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics, obtaining a Specialist Degree in Global Economics. Additionally, in 2009 and 2010, Leah Phiri attended Don State Technical University, specializing in the Russian Language and earning a Certificate.
