William Banda

Senior Customer Service Representative at Fay Servicing

William Banda has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. William started their career at Taurus Partners in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant. William then moved on to the Olympic Youth Development Centre, where they worked as a Personal Assistant to the Director from 2013 to 2015. Following this, William joined cGrate Zambia Ltd as an Administrative Assistant, providing office support and IT support to staff from 2015 to 2017. In 2019, they became the Director of Administration at Zeron Zambia. In 2021, they joined SVAS International as a Customer Service Consultant and later transitioned to Fay Servicing, LLC, where they initially worked as a Customer Service Representative and currently holds the position of Senior Customer Service Representative.

William Banda started their education at Valley View Primary from 1997 to 2001. William then attended Bulangililo Primary School in 2002. Following that, they attended Kabulonga Basic School from 2003 to 2004 and Kabulonga Boys Secondary School from 2005 to 2007. Later on, they pursued a degree in I.T. from Evelyn Hone College between 2011 and 2012, specializing in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
