Eric Thornsbury

Eric Thornsbury has a extensive work experience in the education field. Eric started their career at Fayette County Public Schools (KY) in 2002 as a Special Education Teacher and worked there until 2007. Eric then became the Dean of Students at the same school from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they were promoted to Associate Principal and later became Principal in 2012, both roles also held at Fayette County Public Schools.

Eric Thornsbury earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Special Education K-12/MS Social Studies from the University of Kentucky, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. Eric then pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General at Eastern Kentucky University, from 2004 to 2006.
