Jennifer Dyar

Jennifer Dyar, SPHR has extensive work experience in the education sector. Jennifer began their career as a Teacher at Woodford County Public Schools in 1991 and worked in this role until 1999. From 1999 to 2005, Jennifer worked as a Curriculum Instructor at Scott County Public Schools. Jennifer then joined Fayette County Public Schools (KY) as a Principal from 2005 to 2007. Jennifer continued their career at Fayette County Public Schools, taking on the role of Associate Director of Human Resources from 2007 to 2015. In 2015, they were promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources.

Jennifer Dyar, SPHR holds a Master's degree in Leadership- Supervisor of Instruction from Eastern Kentucky University, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. Jennifer also earned a Master's degree in Education from Georgetown College, where they studied from 1993 to 1995.
