Anastasia Murthy, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience. Anastasia began their career in 2013 as an NSF-RUI Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Lab of Dr. Melanie Berkmen. That same year, they also worked as a CRLA Level I Certified Undergraduate Tutor at the Center of Learning and Academic Achievement. In 2014, they were a Summer Undergraduate Research Assistant (SURF) at The Scripps Research Institute - Florida campus. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Ph.D. Candidate at Brown University, followed by a Postdoctoral Fellow at Genentech from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they work as a Scientist II at Faze Medicines.

Anastasia Murthy, Ph.D. received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Summa Cum Laude in Biochemistry College Honors Program from Suffolk University in 2015. Anastasia then went on to pursue their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, and Biochemistry at Brown University, which they are currently enrolled in.
