Doug Kerr MD, PhD, MBA is an accomplished medical and business professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Atlas Venture and a board member at AAVantgarde Bio and GenRab Therapeutics, Doug holds multiple advisory roles, including as a member of the Scientific Advisory Board and Board of Directors for the Siegel Rare Neuroimmune Association. Previous positions include Chief Medical Officer and Chief Development Officer at Generation Bio, as well as executive and board roles at Faze Medicines and Triplet Therapeutics. Doug's educational background includes a BA in Biology from Princeton University, an MD/PhD in molecular neurovirology from Jefferson Health, and an MBA from Northeastern University.
