Kelly Honohan

Kelly Honohan serves as Head of Legal and General Counsel. Prior to joining the company, Kelly established her own legal practice advising biotech and pharmaceutical companies and most recently served as the General Counsel and Company Secretary for Northern Biologics. Kelly was previously Vice President & Senior Legal Counsel for Shire Plc (now Takeda Pharmaceuticals), providing global legal support for commercial and development programs within Shire’s rare disease portfolio. Kelly also served as in-house counsel at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company with increasing responsibility in the company’s U.S. Medicines group, and then as the lead attorney for its Medical Imaging business. Kelly began her private practice as an associate in the corporate department of Ropes & Gray, LLP. She earned her law degree at the Boston University School of Law.
