Nina Widdicombe has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Their most recent role is as the Head of People at Fazenda Rodizio Bar & Grill, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at the Cabinet Office as a Talent Development Manager from January 2021 to July 2021.

Nina also has significant experience in the hospitality sector, having worked at the Casual Dining Group in various roles. Nina served as the Head of Recruitment and Attraction from March 2019 to November 2020 and as the Head of Talent and Development from November 2017 to March 2019. Nina also held the position of Talent and Development Business Partner from January 2017 to November 2017, Senior Recruitment Manager from June 2016 to January 2017, and New Openings Recruitment Manager from October 2015 to May 2016.

Before joining the Casual Dining Group, Nina worked at TESCO FAMILY DINING LIMITED as a Resource and Talent Advisor from November 2014 to October 2015 and as a New Openings Restaurant Trainer from October 2013 to November 2014. Nina started their career at Spirit Pub Company, where they completed the Graduate Programme from October 2011 to September 2013.
