Enayat Adel possesses extensive experience in project management and support roles within international development and humanitarian organizations. Currently serving as a Projekthandläggare at Folke Bernadotteakademin since October 2022, Enayat previously held the position of Association Officer at the Swedish Committee for Afghanistan from September 2017 to October 2022. Earlier experience includes an internship at Sida, where Enayat learned about contribution management systems and provided administrative support, and an administrative role supporting Sida's Afghanistan Unit. Enayat also has a background in interpreting and youth coaching, having worked as an interpreter for various companies and as a youth coach for unaccompanied minors at Aleris Sverige. Enayat holds a Master's degree in Political Science and a Bachelor's degree from Södertörn University.

FBA (Folke Bernadotte Academy)

The Folke Bernadotte Academy (FBA) is the Swedish government agency for peace, security and development. FBA supports international peace operations and international development cooperation. The agency conducts training, research and method development in order to strengthen peacebuilding and statebuilding in conflict and post-conflict countries. We also recruit civilian personnel and expertise for peace operations and election observation missions led by the EU, UN and OSCE.
