Osten Mataure

Osten Mataure is a skilled professional with a diverse background in human resources and business analysis. Currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst at FBC Holdings Limited since January 2023, Osten brings prior experience from CICOSY Zimbabwe as a Business Analyst, where responsibilities included evaluating business processes and developing optimization strategies. Additionally, Osten interned in Business Intelligence and Performance at EcoCash Holdings, focusing on the analysis and tracking of key performance indicators across various business units. Academic qualifications include a BSc Honours Degree in Operations Research and Statistics from the National University of Science and Technology and an Executive Certificate in Programme and Project Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of Zimbabwe.
