Prosper Tafadzwa Matiashe

Prosper Tafadzwa Matiashe, FIA, has extensive experience in the actuarial and analytics field, currently serving as the Analytics and Actuarial Services Manager at FBC Holdings Limited since August 2019 while also holding the role of Business Development Actuary since July 2018. Responsibilities include product development, pricing, analytics, and strategy across FBC Holdings' financial subsidiaries. Prior to this, Prosper worked as a Life and Health Officer and Graduate Trainee at FBC Reinsurance, focusing on actuarial pricing, business development, and product design for life and health solutions. Early career experience includes an actuarial internship at Zimnat Life, concentrating on pricing and analysis for various insurance products. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Commerce in Actuarial Science from the National University of Science and Technology and membership in the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
