Lilly Manesta has a diverse work experience in digital acquisition and management roles. Lilly is currently the Head of Digital Acquisition at FBD Group since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Digital Acquisition at FUNECAP GROUPE from 2018 to 2022, where they were responsible for defining and implementing acquisition strategies and managing budgets and KPIs for various channels.

Before that, Lilly worked as a Senior Traffic Manager at YellowKorner from 2016 to 2018. In this role, they focused on implementing, monitoring, and optimizing acquisition and retargeting campaigns. Lilly also managed the agency responsible for Facebook acquisition and retargeting.

Lilly also has experience as an Acquisition SEM Manager at D-EDGE Hospitality Solutions from 2010 to 2016, where they focused on SEM acquisition strategies. Lilly started their career as a Sales Manager at Travelzoo from 2009 to 2010 and as a Senior Sales Consultant at Computer Futures from 2006 to 2009.

Throughout their career, Lilly has gained expertise in defining and implementing acquisition strategies, managing budgets and KPIs, recruiting and managing partners, and analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Lilly Manesta attended Ecole Supérieure du Commerce Extérieur (ESCE) from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Diploma of ESCE with a specialization in Commerce International. Subsequently, they enrolled at the University of Brighton in 2005 and completed their studies in International Business in 2006, earning a Bachelor's degree.
