Elva Roche-Kelly

Elva Roche-Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Elva currently holds the position of Head of Consumer & Affinities at FBD Insurance, a role they have been in since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Affinity Partnerships at FBD Insurance from January 2018 to August 2021. Before joining FBD Insurance, Elva worked as a Business Development Manager at the same company from November 2014 to January 2018.

Before their time at FBD Insurance, Elva was the Life & Pensions Manager at Devlin Boland O'Toole Insurances from August 2007 to November 2014. Elva also worked as a Training Consultant at Relay Business Software from September 2002 to July 2007. Elva's earlier experience includes a role as a Loan Officer at KBC Bank from September 2001 to September 2002.

Following this, Elva Roche-Kelly enrolled at the same institution again in 2000 and completed a Higher Diploma in Business Studies (H Dip Bus Studies) in 2001. During this program, they specialized in various subjects such as Accountancy, Economics, Banking, HR, and Organisational Behaviour.
