Tony Clarke

Tony Clarke possesses extensive experience in software delivery and program management, currently serving as Head of Transformation Programmes at FBD Insurance since December 2012. In this role, Tony oversees the management of software change initiatives, including the significant TIA Programme, which is FBD’s principal Policy Administration System. Prior to FBD, Tony held various leadership positions, including Senior Project Manager at Taxback.com, where major change initiatives were implemented across the organization, and Senior Consultant at Dell Services, focusing on process improvement and IT service management. Earlier career achievements include managing business improvement programmes at Excellence Ireland. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Marketing & Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Higher Diploma in Marketing Practice from University College Dublin, alongside a degree in Business & Law from the same institution.
