Neysha Lobo Ploch has extensive work experience in various research and leadership roles. Neysha started their career as a Junior Research Fellow at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research in 2007. In 2008, they joined the Technische Universität Berlin as a Research Fellow and worked there until 2014. During this time, they gained valuable research experience. In 2014, Neysha joined the Ferdinand-Braun-Institut, Leibniz-Institut für Höchstfrequenztechnik as a Scientist and was promoted to Head of Prototype Development Lab in September 2021. Neysha is currently holding this position. In 2015, they also took on the role of CEO at UVphotonics NT GmbH, a position they held until June 2022. Neysha's work experience showcases their expertise in research, leadership, and technology development.

Neysha Lobo Ploch obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Xavier's College, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Physics at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2005 to 2007. Continuing their academic journey, Neysha attended the Technische Universität Berlin from 2008 to 2015, where they earned a doctorate (Dr. rer. nat.) in Physics.
