Freeman Cooper

Freeman Cooper is a retired Chief of Police who has extensive experience with the City of Chattanooga. FREEMAN is a Life Member of the Tennessee Association of Chiefs of Police and an Associate of the FBI National Academy Associates, Inc. FREEMAN is a 1991 Graduate of the FBI National Academy and a Yellow Brick recipient. Cooper has also pursued education at various institutions including Chattanooga State Community College, Cleveland State Community College, The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and the University of Virginia Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy.
