Caroline Downey

Caroline Downey is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at FirstBank UK Limited since February 2023, where responsibilities include reporting to the CEO and serving as a member of the Management Committee. Prior to this role, Caroline held an interim HR position focused on transformation and organization design at Knight Frank, which involved advising on a transformation program and implementing a new operating model.
