Amara Okafor

Amara Okafor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enterprise architecture, governance strategy, and IT service management. Currently serving as the Team Lead for Enterprise Architecture & Process Optimization at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. since April 2023, Amara previously held multiple leadership roles at Fidelity Bank PLC, including Group Head of Governance Strategy and Standards and Group Head of IT Service Management. Amara's career also includes significant positions at the National Examinations Council and Oceanic Bank, showcasing a diverse background in banking and technology. Amara holds a B. Engr in Electronics Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, a Master's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos, and an MBA in Business Administration from Lagos State University.
