Jennifer Oribhabor has extensive work experience in various roles within the banking industry. Jennifer began their career at Access Bank Plc, where they served as a Contact Center Consultant and Resolution Specialist from July 2013 to December 2016. During this time, they collaborated with different bank departments, worked with external consultants, and utilized customer and organizational intelligence to develop innovative customer service strategies.

In 2017, Jennifer transitioned to the role of Contact Center Consultant Team Lead at Access Bank Plc. Jennifer ensured proper coordination of the Premium cards support team and assigned tasks as required. Jennifer also liaised with bank departments and provided feedback on the bank's products.

In 2018, Jennifer joined FBNQuest as the Head of Project and Portfolio Management. In this role, they conducted feasibility studies, prioritized and approved projects, and ensured strategic alignment of the project portfolio with business objectives. Jennifer also managed project risk and change management, defined project quality and performance standards, and communicated project status to senior leadership.
