Mark Phillips

Mark Phillips is a seasoned sales and business development professional with extensive experience in the engineering and production equipment sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at F&C Engineers since September 2023, Mark previously worked in sales roles at KWI, achieving $17 million in sales within eight months before the company's chapter 7 filing, and at Tejas Production Services LLC, where Mark was recognized as the top salesperson from 2020 to 2022. Mark's earlier positions include Vice President of Sales at B&E Resources, Sr Sales Engineer at SNC-Lavalin and Valerus, and Account Manager at Enerflex Systems Ltd., where Mark contributed to significant revenue growth. Mark holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Agricultural Engineering and a degree in Agriculture Systems Management from Texas A&M University.
