Lionel Ringeval has extensive experience in logistics and coaching, with roles at DICA and GLD involving managing orders, transportation, team management, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Currently, at FC Grenoble Rugby, Ringeval serves as a Performance Coach and Assistant Coach for the professional team, as well as coaching various age groups within the club, including the U18 team that won the French Championship in 2018.

Le FC Grenoble Rugby est un club de rugby fondé en 1892 par des lycéens de Grenoble. Club historique du rugby français, le FCG a été champion de France en 1954, vice-champion en 1993 et champion de France de ProD2 en 2012. Club formateur, le FCG a remporté de nombreux trophées dans les catégories Espoirs, Crabos, Cadets, etc. Plusieurs grands joueurs sont passés dans les rangs du club, comme Vincent Clerc, Olivier Merle, Olivier Brouzet, les frères Camberabero et Pepelnjack.
