Erin Raclawski, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Lighting Innovations and also holding HR roles at Paramount Ind. and FC | SSL Lighting, Erin has demonstrated expertise in managing HR functions since January 2020. Prior to these positions, Erin was the Recruitment & Talent Development Manager at Identco from August 2017 to January 2020, and held managerial roles at Adecco Staffing and Banner Personnel, focusing on staffing solutions. Erin earned a Master of Business Administration in Leadership and Organizational Dynamics from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's in Marketing/Management from the University of Illinois Chicago.
