Torre Becton

Torre Becton currently serves as the Director of Football Performance at The University of Texas at Austin, a position held since January 2021. Prior to this role, Torre Becton was the Head Football Athletic Performance Coach at the University of California, Berkeley from January 2017 to January 2021, and held various positions including Associate Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for USC Trojans Football and Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of Washington Intercollegiate Athletics. Additionally, Torre Becton was the Director of Strength & Conditioning at South Carolina State University, overseeing strength training and performance for all sports. Becton's early career included roles with the Houston Texans, Iowa State University, and Baylor University. Torre Becton holds a Master’s degree in Sports Science from the United States Sports Academy and a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
