Dick Teunen

Dick Teunen has extensive experience in sports communication and management, currently serving as the Content & Community Manager at FC Utrecht since May 2014. Additionally, Teunen is the Founder and Chairman of FC De Avonturiers, a platform dedicated to following Dutch footballers abroad. Previous roles include working as a press, PR, and communication employee and team manager at RKC Waalwijk from August 2009 to May 2014, where Teunen's involvement began with writing match reports. Between June 2005 and November 2012, Teunen operated as a freelance copywriter under Dicktee Media, collaborating with various media outlets. Earlier experience includes working as a sports journalist for Dagblad De Gelderlander from August 2004 to August 2011. Teunen's academic background includes degrees in communication and social media specialization from ISBW Opleidingen, alongside earlier studies in marketing, communication, and multiple languages.
