Kathleen Colman

Kathleen Colman has extensive experience in human resources and consulting, currently serving in HR & Special Projects at FCA Corp since October 2012, while also being the owner of K.J. McCallum & Associates since September 1991. Previous roles include Project Consultant at OneStar Foundation and Adjunct Instructor at Houston Community College. Kathleen's background also encompasses HR consulting at Shell Oil Company and HR Systems Consulting & Instruction at Pennzoil. Kathleen holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Consumer Economics from The University of Texas at Austin, along with education from the University of Houston and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
