Daryll Hannah Guzman

Daryll Hannah Guzman, CAM, currently serves as the Senior Property Manager at FCA Management LLC, overseeing operations at Attain at Chic’s Beach since September 2024. Daryll previously worked as a Lease Up Property Manager at Bonaventure, managing Attain at Harbourview from June 2023 to September 2024, and held the position of Multi Site District Manager at Liberty Military Housing from March 2019 to June 2023, managing the Oceana and Midway Manor sites. Earlier roles include District Manager at Bonaventure Realty Group from March 2017 to March 2019, and various Property Manager positions at JRK Property Holdings and Aimco Apartment Homes from 2011 to 2017. Daryll holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance with a focus on real estate from Old Dominion University, completed between 2003 and 2007.
