Guilherme Encarnação e Silva has a diverse work experience in the field of design and marketing. Guilherme currently works as a Content Analyst at Orange Juice and as a Marketing Analyst at Grupo FCamara. Previously, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Universidade de Ribeirão Preto, where they were responsible for creating various print and online materials, participating in strategic meetings, and organizing events. Guilherme also worked as a Digital Designer for electoral campaigns in 2020 and 2018. Additionally, Guilherme has freelance experience as a Graphic Designer, creating educational materials, advertising materials, and presentations for various companies.

Guilherme Encarnação e Silva began their education in 2007 at the University of Ribeirão Preto, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Publicity and Advertising with a focus on Social Communication. Guilherme completed their degree in 2010.

In 2014, they completed the DNA das Cores course at Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo and participated in the online workshop "Aprenda edição de vídeos" com Anderson Gaveta through Beved.

In 2019, Guilherme completed the UX & Design Thinking: Experiência do Usuário nos negócios course on Udemy, and in 2020, they obtained the SCRUM Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf and completed the Bootcamp UX Design program offered by How Bootcamps.

In 2021, Guilherme completed the Design de Interface course on Udemy and obtained the following certifications: Comunicação Assertiva: Reduzindo Conflitos e Frustrações through Alura, Comunicação: Como se expressar bem e ser compreendido through Alura, Oratória Parte 1: Compartilhe Ideias e Histórias through Alura, and Oratória Parte 2: Apresentações em Público through Alura.
