Michele Morales

Michele Morales has a diverse work experience in the design field. Michele began their career as a Designer at Creem Magazine in July 2011 and worked there for four months. In October 2011, they had a short stint as a freelance Art Director at Solve. Michele then joined Sussner Design Company as an intern for four months from February to June 2012. From June to August 2012, they worked as a Digital Designer intern at Fallon. Later in August 2012, they became an Art Director at Colle+McVoy, where they stayed until December 2014.

In December 2014, Michele joined FCB Chicago as a Senior Art Director, and over time, they held various roles within The Design Group. From October 2018 to July 2023, they worked as an Associate Design Director, and from March 2018 to July 2023, they served as a Senior Designer. In 2019, they were promoted to the position of Design Director, VP. Michele then progressed to the role of Design Director, SVP in October 2021, and finally assumed the position of Head of Design, SVP in July 2023. At FCB Chicago, they have made significant contributions throughout their tenure.

Michele Morales pursued their education from 2003 to 2007 at Marquette University and the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Visual Design. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2010, Michele attended the Minneapolis School of Advertising & Design where they focused on Art Direction. The degree obtained during this period has not been specified.
