Brad Ross has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Brad began their career as a Risk Consultant at Federated Insurance, where they worked with large business clients to establish and implement risk management programs. Brad also served as a guest speaker for national trade associations. Brad then joined CNA Insurance as a Risk Control Consultant, managing a diverse book of business and consulting with complex risks to establish safety cultures and mitigate loss exposures. Brad later joined FCCI Insurance Group, where they held various positions including Regional Risk Control Manager and Director of Risk Control. In these roles, Brad led teams, evaluated and modernized risk management processes, and partnered with key account business leaders to develop strategic risk control action plans.
