Debbie Stickel Cic

Debbie Stickel, CIC has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Debbie has worked as a Managing Director at FCCI Insurance Group since 2017, where they are responsible for product management and development in the commercial lines division. Prior to that, they worked at The Hanover Insurance Group from 2010 to 2017 as a Product Manager, focusing on homeowner products. From 2005 to 2010, Debbie worked at Travelers as a Managing Director for Personal Insurance, overseeing auto and property teams. Debbie also worked as a Product & Compliance Manager at American Skyline Insurance Company from 2001 to 2005, where they were responsible for developing and implementing coverages, underwriting, and policy systems.

Debbie Stickel, CIC holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business/Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. Debbie has completed additional certifications including "Becoming a Manager Your Team Loves" from LinkedIn, obtained in May 2021, and "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn, obtained in June 2020.
