Dan Hartman

Dan Hartman is the current Director of People at FCF. Prior to joining FCF, Dan was Solutions Manager at Advance Ohio from October 2014 to July 2017, where they served as the main client contact for key accounts, project managed over $2.4 million, and coordinated media buying, event planning, creative promotion, and signage coordination. In September 2016, Dan became Google Analytics Certified and in February 2017 they became Google AdWords Re-Certified.

From August 2017 to July 2021, Dan worked as the People Operations Program Manager at Code3. In this role, they were responsible for the Code3 employee experience by managing HR programs and initiatives. Dan also oversaw the Code3 internship program and recruitment process.

In July 2021, Dan became Head of People at Vokal. In this role, they were responsible for leading the people operations team and developing policies and procedures to ensure a positive employee experience. Dan also created and managed the Vokal intern program.

In addition to their full-time positions, Dan was also a SuperHost on Airbnb from June 2015 to December 2021. In this role, they provided excellent customer service to Airbnb guests and ensured that their stay was enjoyable. Dan also provided helpful tips and recommendations to guests on things to do in the area.

Dan Hartman has a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from The Johns Hopkins University, a Certificate in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition from Cornell University, an altMBA from altMBA, a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Leadership Studies from Marietta College, and a Certificate in Social Media Management from Chancellor University. Dan is also certified by Amazon in Amazon Advertising Planning & Strategy Accreditation and Amazon Advertising Programmatic Campaigns Accreditation.
