Frank Kose

Frank Kose has extensive work experience in program management and records operation. Frank currently works as a Program Manager at PAE since 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Production Support at FCi Federal starting in 2016. Frank also has a long history with Serco, where they started in 2000 as a Program Manager overseeing Records Operation for multiple service centers across the United States. Frank later became the Program Manager for the National Benefit Center in Lees Summit, MO. Frank has also worked as a Site Manager at Technology System Associates, overseeing records management for the US Citizen and Immigration Service, and as a Deputy Manager at Labat-Anderson Incorporated, managing records operations for the US Citizen Immigration and Naturalization Service. Frank began their career as a Department Manager at Applied Technologies Associates. Throughout their career, Frank has successfully managed large teams and implemented efficient records management systems.

Frank Kose attended Palomar College from 1982 to 1984, where they pursued General Studies. Frank did not obtain a degree during this period.
