Radwan Ahmed Rahat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement and industrial engineering. Currently serving as the Deputy Manager for Process Improvement & Lean at FCI Group since February 2022, Radwan leads various initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Prior roles include Operations Manager and Assistant Manager for Industrial Engineering at Debonair Group, where responsibilities included leading the Continuous Improvement Team and overseeing a new modular production floor.
