Kimberly Byerley

Kimberly is a human resources executive who helps companies enhance their most valuable asset: their people. She guides FCM clients through transforming HR policies, organizational structures and ways of working to achieve success in carve-outs, acquisitions and other times of extreme change. Kimberly’s 20 years of experience spans privately held and publicly traded organizations, including Meadville Forging Company, Burger King Corporation and Textron. Prior to joining FCM, she was Regional Vice President of Human Resources for GKN Driveline’s $2B Americas division, which supplies the automotive industry. Earlier, she supported the integration of GKN’s acquired All Wheel Drive business, recruiting 1,000 new employees and reducing turnover to grow revenue from $400M to $850M in three years. Kimberly’s track record of HR leadership also includes business transformations, employee engagement, succession planning, onboarding and development. She is known for influencing leaders to build better-aligned teams, while creating strategic plans to achieve financial goals.
